These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.anapuri.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, then please do not use this website.

The anapuri.com website is operated by Anapuri, a company registered in Singapore under the Registration no. 53046254X.

Information Collection and Use

At registration, we collect your name, shipping and billing addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail address in order to deliver your orders promptly and to the proper location. We use your e-mail address to send you an email following a purchase.

Should any of your items be on-reserve, out-of-stock or discontinued, you will receive an additional email after your order confirmation specifying the specific status of each item in question. If necessary, we may contact you by telephone or email to resolve any issues concerning your order.

When you make a product purchase, we collect your credit card number and your expiration date. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This information is used solely for billing purposes when you order from anapuri.com.

We may occasionally run promotions or inform about upcoming events on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information, such as their e-mail address. We use this contact information to send registered users information about our company as well as marketing and promotional materials from our company.

Any email that you may send to us or any correspondences are strictly confidential and are not distributed to any party.

Anapuri has third party relationships with credit card processing companies, shipping companies and our website hosting company. These companies only have at best access to information that is necessary for each to fulfill their respective roles in completing our customers' orders.

Anapuri reserves the right to share personal information with legal authorities to the extent required by law.

Pricing

All prices are at the current rates. Where we charge separately for postage and packing (P&P) and/or insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. In any other case we will inform you about all relevant charges by our confirmation e-mail of you order. Please note our prices are reviewed periodically.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can (a) notify us by email to info@anapuri.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; Or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in the following manner. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 5 days within Singapore (10 days for international purchases) of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us as will NOT apply in the following circumstances: in the event that the product has been used or is damaged and must remain in its original brand and packaging form.

Shipping

Anapuri will make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safety. Local Singapore deliveries will take approximately 4 working days. International deliveries expect 7-10 working days. 
 Should you not receive your local order after the 7th day, then please email info@anapuri.com and for international orders email us after 15 days.

You will need to quote the email that you ordered with and your payment confirmation email. From here we will check our records and promise to get back to you within 24 hours.

Orders can be sent to your residential or work address but if work, please advise under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS so we can mark it in the full name of your company and also PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.

There are no P&P charges for local Singapore deliveries however international will be charge at the local P&P rates and will be clearly stipulated on your order confirmation before making the payment.

Anapuri will ensure all goods are in perfect condition before sending to you. All products will be quality checked before dispatch and we take no responsibility for broken or damaged goods once they have been dispatched for shipment.

Newsletter unsubscribe

Anapuri provides customers the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the customer. You can email us at info@anapuri.com to change or modify your information in our database and to choose not to receive future communications.

While we endeavor to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy, any material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material.
